PVC film, Shrinkable PP Film, PE, Paper, Metalized Paper,
Aluminum Foil, Copper CoilFoil, Non-Woven Cloth, otocopy
paper (CFB,SBC...) can be cut easily.
:: Two kind of lade options are available

Rozer Blade :
:: It can slit Paper, Gelatin, OPP,
Aluminum Foil, Polyester Film and Sticker.
Shear Cutter Blade :
:: It can slit Aluminum Foil, Copper
Foil, Thick Papers, and hard to cut materials.
:: According to material, rubber roller
and chrome roller supports can be added to provide quality
and smooth products.
:: Our machines are equipped with pnomatic,
electronic system (PLC) and have touch screen.
Touch screen makes operations easier and faster.
:: For broken edged bobbins, Photocell
reader support provides good rewind.
:: Unwinding and Rewinding can be changable
according to customer request.
Optional Equipment
:: For loading and unloading operations
winch can be assembled over to machine without oversize
the machines dimensions.
:: Unwinding on the photograph is shaftless
and don't need smooth bobbins to rewind. The system
presses two side of product with hydraulic power and
fnishes the work without humanpower. Machines Can be
changed according to customer requests. |
